Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Trim the ends off and half the sprouts.
3. Mix in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour on a sheet tray and roast for 35-40 minutes until outside is crisp and inside is tender. Shake the tray occasionally to ensure sprouts cook evenly.
