Honeydew and Lime Soup


Honey, this soup is one to do.

Fresh, raw and loaded with vitamins and minerals (like B6, C, potassium and folate), our easy-to-make honeydew and lime soup is a must-try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large honeydew melon, chilled, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp. jalapeno hot sauce

Directions:

In a blender, pulse melon with lime juice, cilantro, hot sauce until pureed.

Transfer soup to large bowl or pitcher, cover and refrigerate for two hours or until chilled.

Stir before serving.
