1 can black beans, drained
1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup light Italian salad dressing
3/4 cup chopped cilantro
Mix beans, peas, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl. Season with garlic salt. Add dressing and cilantro; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
sprinkle dried crushed red pepper
sprig of fresh oregano, chopped
sprinkle of fresh ground pepper
Chop parsley, basil, and oregano.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice together. Add in chopped parsley, oregano, basil, and crushed garlic. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and dried red pepper.
Use immediately, or allow flavors to blend overnight. If you do not use immediately, whisk before serving.
