1. Preheat the oven to 400. Prepare a 8×8 inch pan (or equivalent size), line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients together, reserving 2 tablespoons chocolate chips.
3. Dump mixture into pan.
4. Using another piece of parchment paper, flatten the mixture to evenly distribute.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes (check them around 12 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Cut into 1″ squares
